Product warranty
Every NestTraxx feeder comes with a 12 month warranty from the seller, NESTTRAXX LLC, starting on the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal outdoor use. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.
To make a claim, email support@nesttraxx.com with your Amazon order number and a description of the problem, or use the form on the Support page. We will repair or replace the feeder, or refund the purchase price, at our option. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
