This website, nesttraxx.com, is operated by NESTTRAXX LLC, a limited liability company based in Roswell, Georgia, United States. We make and sell the NestTraxx smart bird feeder. You can reach us at support@nesttraxx.com.
This policy explains what this website does and does not collect, and where your information goes when you buy a feeder or use the camera.
What this website collects
This website collects no personal data itself. There are no accounts, no sign up forms, no newsletter list, and no comment sections.
- We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels.
- We do not run third party analytics or advertising scripts.
- The pages load two typefaces from Fontshare, a web font service operated by the Indian Type Foundry. Your browser requests those font files directly from Fontshare, which receives your IP address as part of that request, in the same way it does for any file on the web. NESTTRAXX LLC receives nothing from that request.
- Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
The support form and email
The form on the Support page does not send anything to this website. When you press the button, it opens your own email app with a message already filled in. Nothing you type is stored or transmitted by nesttraxx.com.
If you email us, we keep your message and our reply for as long as we need them to answer your question and to keep a record of any warranty claim. We do not sell or share your email address, and we do not add it to any marketing list.
Purchases on Amazon
NestTraxx feeders are sold on Amazon. When you buy one, the purchase happens on Amazon under Amazon's own privacy notice and conditions of use. Amazon shares with us only the information a seller needs to handle an order, a return, or a warranty request, and we use it only for that purpose.
The camera and the app
The NestTraxx camera is operated through the VicoHome app on your phone. Your account, your live view, your video clips, and your alert settings are handled by VicoHome under VicoHome's privacy policy, which is also available inside the app. NESTTRAXX LLC does not receive your video, your live view, or your app account information.
The optional AI bird identification feature is provided inside the VicoHome app and is covered by the same policy.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, write to support@nesttraxx.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website works, we will update this page and the date at the top. The current version is always at nesttraxx.com/privacy.html.
